About Pointe aux Canonniers

Pointe aux Canonniers is a scenic peninsula at the western edge of the Grand Baie cluster, best known for the long-established Club Med resort and its two wind-protected, colonial-flavoured beaches. It sits directly beside the ~1.5 km sweep of Mont Choisy beach and just five minutes from central Grand Baie, blending a resort-leisure atmosphere with full-city convenience. For investors it is one of the north's more apartment-rich markets, PDS and beachfront apartments trade actively, with listing prices spanning roughly MUR 12.5M to 87M. The combination of resort-grade beaches, strong holiday-let demand and walk/short-drive access to Grand Baie's amenities makes it a reliable short-let yield location (~6–8% gross), while still offering the US$375,000 residence-permit route on qualifying PDS stock.
