By day it functions as a genuine fresh-food market for local families; by evening it becomes a relaxed dining-and-drinks destination that feels more rooted and local than nearby Blloku, while remaining minutes from Skanderbeg Square. As an investment, the quarter's draw is its irreplaceable character and heavy tourist and diaspora footfall, which underpin short-term-rental demand and small hospitality ventures.
